Help Buddies Now

Is there any app that will let my AT&T Galaxy S2 have the older style Buddies now widget. .the one that's like a Rolodex . . .Or anything very similar?

I never thought for a minute that the widget that I really loved on my captivate would be replaced with this new style one . .The new buddies now is just little icons that fill up a page quick very cumbersome compared to the old one. . .

This is the first android device I've owned, so I can't compare to what the Captivate had, but I got rid of buddies now widgets and replaced them with quick shortcuts to a contact. I have one page dedicated to quick call/text shortcuts.

I really like the widget by Sony called life.contacts

Thanks for the replies . . . I'll look at both of those options. . .

The older widgets was kinda like a small Rolodex. you could flip through the pages, sorta just like a virtual Rolodex, It was this. .this one inst showing the contact pictures, but it does let you have pictures. .you just scroll through till you find the person your looking for . .

I found one that is everything I was looking for . . .its called photo contact widget . . .it works great. many size options. just add a star in contacts and they show up on the widget.

I have one home screen that uses most of the screen for this app. ..you can just scroll down the list of your most used texts and calls . . .even Facebook or email them in just a touch or two . . .just like a Rolodex on your screen

you do need to have go launcher ex installed. but you should have that already on your phone
