Help Bug/general issue reports

I wanted to see if anyone else was having slight bug issues or if it's just me.

1. If I'm on the phone with low battery (less than 20% but not dead) the phone will freeze, get a black screen and become unresponsive after a quick low battery notification. However, the small orange light stays on as if I'm still on the phone. I have to pull out the battery to turn the phone back on.

2. Notification sounds not saving. I set custom tones and they keep switching back to the defaults. I've only noticed a few times. Recently, it happened after I let the battery drain.

3. SD card content keeps moving to sdcard/ext_sd which is annoying. I moved everything to the root of the SD card last night and now its back to ext_sd. Even after putting my settings back in for stuff to save in /sdcard it all somehow moved back. It bothers me because I have some folders in /sdcard and then some /ext_sd.

4. Rapid battery loss. I was on the phone at 40% and then suddenly at 5% 15 minutes later. The phone then froze. I took out the battery and ran the phone at 0% for another 20 minutes before it shut off. I'll keep everyone updated.

5. Slow car charging while using 4G and GPS. I literally will drive for 45 minutes and it will charge 1-2%. The moment I turn off 4G and GPS it chargers faster.

If I can think of anything else I will post it.

If these issues continue I will perform a factory reset. If that doesn't fix it, I'll go exchange it.

Besides these minor setbacks, I love this phone.

What are your issues?

Don't have the phone yet, but a few of the things might not be bugs per say.

I've had number 2 happen a few times. There wasn't any real fix for me, it just went away on it's own.

On number 3, I believe the directory sdcard/ext_sd is the microsd card. The directory /sdcard is the partitioned internal space, at least that's how HTC is doing it on the Rezound. Any memory that is available to the user is listed as sdcard. Internal is /sdcard, & external is listed as sdcard/ext_sd or something like sdcard2.

Number 4 sounds like the battery meter isn't calibrated yet, since after the battery pull you still have quite a bit of juice left. When I calibrate my batteries, I make sure to let them run down completely a couple times so the software knows the difference between full & empty. I've never heard of the freezing issue and it worries me a bit to be honest.

Number 5 may have to do with your charger. If I remember correctly, they had this issue with the Thunderbolt, and they found that using any chargers under a 2A rating meant that at best they were only keeping the phone from draining (the phones were actually losing juice when using a .5A charger). So check your charger rating and see if it's 2A, cuz most out there are 1A or lower. I know the dual usb ones are usually 2A (so when you plug both in they effectively get 1A each, but if you only use one port you have the full 2A available).

I was having trouble signing in to My Verizon Mobile and getting the Data Usage widget to work. Kept getting the username and password incorrect. Got temporary password texted to me by Verizon a couple of times but still couldn't sign in. I shut down and pulled the battery. When is restarted all was fine. Just clicked on the Data widget and it loaded without needing to sign in.

Problem I am having now is static while listening to music on Poweramp. Seems to happen only when the phone is using 4G or 3G (arrows in status bar lighting up). Didn't have this issue with Poweramp on OG Inc. Don't know if wifi causes too. Will check tonight at home.

Only other issue is connecting to WLAN wifi at work. Once the phone connects to the wifi router I'm supposed to open a web browser to be presented with a login screen. It worked yesterday the first time I tried it and was on office wifi all day. Today the phone connects to the wifi router but I don't see the login page when I open the browser, it just goes to Google home page but can access web. Tried clearing history, cache, and cookies.
