Root Build.prop Edit Now Camera Not Working

Today I wanted to get Facebook Home and I've been wanting to get Real Racing 3, both of which are incompatible with our phone, so I decided to change the build.prop of my phone to a Note 2. I made changes to the ro.product.: brand, device, model, and name. Now, in the play store it shows up as a Note 2, but when I tried using the camera, it showed a black screen for a few seconds and then went back to my home screen. I tried rebooting the phone, but it did not fix the problem. What should I do to fix this problem?

Thanks

Try changing it so that your phone will think its an HTC ONE its better to at least keep it in the same line of processors in our case "Snapdragon"

I changed it to the One S and got the message cannot open camera hardware reboot device. Let me try the One X

I'm assuming its due to the Evo 3D being a phone that doesn't share Camera Hardware with any other phone. so I can see you getting errors like that no matter what you change the build.prop to say

I decided to just go back to normal and it's working now, so I guess I'll change it whenever I need to get an app that's not compatible with the Evo V

I thought I read something about a hacked version of Facebook Home which doesn't require the Build.prop edit...
I of course shrugged it off given that I stay away from Facebook, and do everything I can to remove it from my phone.

I've used that edited version of Facebook home. It works very well besides a few lock screen issues for the first few minutes. It also takes a few seconds to wake the phone up to the Facebook Home.

Well I guess it doesn't matter for me either way now, as I don't have sufficient space for the 1122 mb RR3 and Facebook Home is probably the worst launcher possible
