Root build.prop questions

1. looking through the build.prop i see this line ro.hdmi.enable=false.
what does that mean?
2. can i change things in the build.prop with root explorers option? if so...
3. what would be a good setting for lcd density, wifi scan, dalvik vm heapsize?
4. another line says ro.lge.capp_optimusui=true (this one makes me scratch my head.. optimus ui?)

1. Probably used for other lg phones with HDMI.
2- yes you can.
3- LCD density= 150. VM heap size
Just leave alone.
4- that's what lgs ui is named ex. Touchwiz, sense.
