not too sure, but i suspect it to be my error as when I initially repo-synced it pulled my old device tree

ok, upon initial setup I flashed the updated GAPPS and was able to get it to startup. I came to a screen that said it was activating the network but it sat there for over 5 mins so I moved on to wifi which wasn't working yet...it started up for the first time and I didn't see any FC's until I rebooted. I tried to turn wifi on through settings while it was working at first and it would switch on for a sec and then turn off again. I just flashed the boost apn fix to see if that will help with the mobile side of things but it looks absolutely fantastic @Bad_MOFO_33 I don't know if this helps at all but I hope so =)

*update* I flashed the apn fix and it didn't seem to have any effect, I flashed the zv5 radio too after just to see if that would do anything but I am not sure because I got the FC's you mentioned before I had a chance to test it, it locked me out of the UI. Before I rebooted I switched to the google now launcher but I was wondering if there is a trebucket launcher for lollipop and if that might make a difference at least initially...? I just restored my zv5 backup since I use my phone for business but I'd be happy to keep testing to help work out the kinks even if my knowledge to help is somewhat limited. thank you @Bad_MOFO_33 @whoshotjr2006 & @elisam98 for all of the hard work your putting into this. I'm running ubuntu 14.10 and I am thinking of trying to help build if I can learn more about it. cheers =)

Can you link the updated gapps?
The ones I found would not flash...

Thanks

I flashed the the rom, updated gapps and the zv5 radio all at once.
booted fine but no radio or wifi, so i skipped through startup and chose Laucher 3.
played around a bit but wifi would not turn on so i rebooted and now i get the system ui has stopped.
I have tried quick wipe and reflashed the gapps with the same problem.
I will definitely play tomorrow but i need to get my phone restored before long..

Man this is exciting!!!!:D:D:D

It took about 4 hours the last time i did it, 40 to 50 gigs. After you sync the first time it will take minutes not hours to update

Looks awesome and same here no Wi-Fi and home button don't work and thing with ui it's great it bootable Now great job and thank you for all the hard work

compiling now, see if i error out too.
what kernel are you using? and also post a pastebin of ur boardconfig as with cm12 i dont think its neccessary to use caf or caf-new variants as it defaults to caf.
anyway gonna let this build and watch a movie, will check in a little later
Here's BoardConfig for my device(armani) :)
It don't use specify to use caf-new.. It's all default.. Removed caf-new line for lollipop already..

I'll test data, GPS, and NFC. Downloading now.
And the G-Apps I downloaded by accident with CM11. Lol :p

Real quick..in addition to the known issues
NFC will not turn on
SD card won't mount
Camcorder will not work
I've had a few times were WiFi will sit at connecting until I reboot.

GPS seems to work, but I have not tried while driving yet..

Other than that this is great!

Working on it. Also mtp and ptp not working . and charging doesn't seem to work well.
Lots of things need to be worked on, but we now have a pretty good starting point.
Please be patient, this is the first device I have tried to develop for. Learning as I go.

Neat
Imma try this out and give it out and a spin running through with some gaming performance and what apps and don't

Also when you go under buttons on settings. Settings crashes. Can you add the on screen buttons till the fix?

I really want to help but my PC can't handle it. Also like how the kernel says allen@MOFO #1
