I had this issue on my Droid Eris, and was hoping it would be fixed with the HTC Droid Incredible, but it doesn't seem to be.
The Activesync app is great, and connects flawlessly. Only problem is it doesn't synchronize all my folders that are under my Inbox...be nice if there was the option to select which folders to sync. It just seems to select a random assortment.
Unfortunately I'm stuck using Activesync just for contacts/calendar so I can use the nice agenda widget and using Touchdown for email. Don't get me wrong Touchdown is nice, but still...
