Help built in internal SD question

I have a questino about the built in internal SD memory of the phone.

does anyone know what class the built in SD is? I have an 8gb class 4 inside the phone aswell. I want to know which would be better to record to so i can avoid having video hicups and such.

also if anyone knows the read/write speed on the internal built in sd that would be great

I can't seem to find any specific info on the internal storage, but I would assume that the internal storage would have that faster read/write of the two. I can tell you from personal experience that after if I record a video to the internal storage the video will show up way faster than if I recorded it to my SD. I don't know what class my SD card is. It's the one that came with the Droid 1.

Ahh, I know nothing about SD cards. Guess it's time to brush up on my knowledge, lol.
