Root busybox

do I need this app? I am running mikg3.11, and ive read a few places busy box is an essential root app..does the ROM i am on come with it baked in? I just D/L from the market and installed, it said I had a few versions installed..so i un-installed..got a warning from the app..then reinstalled, everythig seems to have worked fine..did I do too much work?

Yes, busybox is baked into nearly every ROM. It is required for many other root apps to run

so, after un-installing busybox via the app..then reinstalling via the app..am I good to go? can i uninstall the whole app and be good...or am i stuck w/ it now?

Yeah your fine. Certain scripts require certain versions of it but you should be good. They're always stated in the OP of the script/tweak ect so always read them.

Like rx said, your good to go now...you cam uninstall the install busybox app if you downloaded it.you will be good to go until you flash a new rom..and like stated by rx,its almost always baked in,but the version baked in could be outdated, so It never hurts to update busybox.
