Help button is randomly pressing it's self

The menu button on my phone keeps randomly pressing it's self and it is getting annoying. It is the menu button next to the button home button under the screen. Is anyone else having this problem or know how to fix it

yeah happens to me too every so often... but I've learned to avoid gripping too close to the bottom and side edges
