Buttons don't work

I turned on my my Wildfire S and the touch screen works fine but none of the bottom four buttons work. I was using the phone earlier today and it was fine. I didn't drop it or anything I can think of to make this happen. I restarted it a bunch of times and even performed a factory reset and it still doesn't work. Anyone know what's going on? Thanks.

Tried taking the battery out? If still no go I'd take it to the repair shop.
