The metroPCS store switched out my old phone because they couldn't figure out how to program it when I went to reactivate service.
On the new phone they gave me-- when I long press the camera button-- nothing happens.
If I press either of the volume buttons-- the camera opens.
If the camera is open and I press the camera button-- the 'auto focus' engages but the shutter will not activate no matter how long I press the button.
Any ideas on how to fix this?
