Buy Fascinate off contract

My brother broke the screen on his phone getting out of the car this morning. I thought the gorilla glass would be able to survive that but the screen is totally cracked, the phone still works though!

Anyway, any suggestions for getting a replacement? No insurance, so is ebay the best place to get one? Looks like they have 'good' condition phones for about $200, is this fair? TIA

You may be able to get it repaired for less than an off-contract phone, not sure.

You can buy the screen digitizer online then replace it yourself.
