Buy New or Used INC???

Ok guys I'm flipping back and forth on this one. I currently have a mint X that I am going to sell because I am in love with the INC. But, I am not sure how to proceed.

I can either buy a new one retail and have a 1 year warranty (which will probably cost me about 230 or so out of pocket) or buy one used from another user and hope I don't have any problems with it.

I have a I need it now problem too, so I feel like I need to run to the Verizon store and grab one (though it looks like wirefly has them cheaper retail). Any thoughts or experiences buying used cells good or bad?

I would not buy it used. You could be buying someone else's headache... That being said, How much for that DX? :D

Also shop around a little. no sense in getting screwed by VZW. AMZ has them cheap or free.

Id have to pay full retail since I have no upgrades available. Probably just as easy to buy from vzw store and save any headaches. Ill PM u on the X.

ooof... full retail. That is another story. Used might be worth the risk.

You may have a better way out. I have not ever tried this, but cancel your contract, pay the ETF($175? prorated over time) then sign up again for a new contract. Get the phone free with a new 2yr activation(on Amazon).

Its a shared account so I can't cancel =(.

I've you're eligible for an upgrade and are OK with extending your contract 2 years, they are only $99 at Verizon (after $100 mail in rebate).
At the local Walmart last weekend they were $29, upgrade and 2yr also required.

Yeah no upgrade here. Does verizon honor waranty buying from wirefly? Seems their price is cheapest.

All of Wirefly's devices come with a 1 year Manufacturer's Warranty. So yes, Verizon Wireless would honor the 1 year warranty on a device purchased from us.

Anyone ever bought from wirefly? I wasn't too impressed with the rep I just talked to about warranty questions.
