Root Buying an esteem

Does the esteem have ics yet? I'm giving my motion to my wife cause I'm in flash withdrawals lol will I like this phone?

No ICS but we do have a developer working really hard on Jellybean. He already released a pre-alpha version just to show progress only. Hopefully when he has everything working and stuff, there will be a steady build for us. As for the Esteem, it really isn't a bad phone. There's a lot I could say about it but then I would have to write an essay or something. If you have enough money for the S3 I would go for that instead but if not, the Esteem is not a bad phone to fall back on!

Spec-wise it's not as powerful as LG Motion but Esteem as bigger screen and many custom mods / ROMS / Themes available.

If you enjoy installing stuff to tweak your phone, you will have so much fun with it.

Nothing wrong with passing on a good phone.

If you missed your chance to get Flash on the Esteem (some are saying they can't get it on the phone anymore), then you can get it here... http://download.macromedia.com/pub/.../11.1.111.24/install_flash_player_pre_ics.apk

I have installed Flash on JB roms with it just fine.

HTML5 may be the future, but for right now, Flash is where it's at.

Anyone in the Orlando,Fl area I'm selling my Esteem. Thought the wife wanted it but she decided to go with the motion. included are case (one from Metro), standard battery, extended battery with back plate and holster that will hold phone w/extended battery. Never dropped and absolutely no scratches. Current ROM #2 v2.6 Wanted to keep it in the family but don't mind selling it to someone that will enjoy it as much as I did.
