Buying Commando off Ebay..

Hi, ebay has the Casio Commando for 19.99 with a new two year contract so I'm wondering if my upgrade will cover this and since it is not going through Verizon technically how will redeaming the upgrade work?

I'm sure this is a simple anwser but I'm completely lost

I bought mine on line ( phoned the order in) for $19.99. The vendor did contact verizon and verizon was aware even before my phone arrived thru the mail. Verizon Phone Upgrade, Best Verizon Wireless Upgrade Deals
There are several companies out there, I kind of think some are the same outfit under different names, not that it matters, and they did claim to have a 30 day return policy.
Once my phone arrived in about 3 or 4 days a simple activation call to verizon was all I needed to do.
