Help Buying the phone

I am going to get this phone in a few weeks, the price is right and so are the specs.;)
It has root,:) thanks to mobclan, and a possible cwm recovery thanks to junkie and mobclan,:D I am gonna join in here.;) Best bang for the buck as far as Boost Mobile is concerned. :D

I am more than willing to help get this new forum and phone going strong!!:)

I agree. Just purchased at BB yesterday. Already rooted using the framaroot apk. Easiest root ever. FYI use the Gandalf exploit and not the Aragorn one. Once you install the app you will see what I mean. It automatically installs Superuser and the binary. I am really digging the phone. It is my 3rd Warp. The first gen was buggy at best, the Sequent was better, and this is by fat the best. If you have any questions prior to purchase hit me up. I'll be happy to help.

Yep. Pretty sure I'll get it soon also. The Shack has it for $150 on website but I went to a store yesterday and they haven't received any yet.

Now that it's been a few more days, are you still loving the Warp 4G?
 
I noticed on this phone only one core of the dual core worked. I used an app that forced them both to work. Boy was there a speed increased! However now I am stuck on boot screen with a green android logo. It doesn't go anywhere from there. Does this mean it bricked or it just needs something to recover it?
 
Bought one for $99.99. Got it in 2 days (priority mail). It's in the factory sealed retail package just like the listing says. Haven't opened it yet but will do and activate sometime this week.
 
Yes $99. I ordered mine last Wednesday evening and got it by Saturday evening. Congrats!!!

It's a really nice phone (coming from the original Warp). I think everything was upgraded in comparison. Screen, processor, RAM, internal memory, camera, speaker, etc. However, I'm not sure it will take the same beatings. My old warp seems really strong and sturdy and believe me I've dropped it in so many ways, I"m really surprised I haven't broke it yet. (knock on wood).
 
Case and screen protector are on their way to me. I'll unbox my new Warp when I get some protection. Knowing me I would drop it on my tile floors and smash it to bits. ;)
 
The guy on ebay is legit, I ordered a couple and they came quickly and brand new.
Activated both of them and they are beautiful phones.
I do not think anyone could find a better phone at this price point sans the contract.
I wonder how they can sell them so cheap so close to the release date in October.
I like the fact that it comes with a near vanilla version of android.
I specifically sought this phone over the Galaxy III and the LG Optimus for that reason.

What good is superior hardware with more bloatware and ugly skins!
