Help Buzzing sound when opening apps and 4g on

Today my connect started making this buzzing noise when opening any app that uses data like facebook or if I go to youtube and I silence I can still hear the buzz. The weird thing is that it only occurs when im using 4g if I use wifi it doesn't do it at all. The buzzing is weak, I only hear it if im very close to the speaker.
Is the antenna broken? Can someone please help me with this?

I have been looking everywhere and can't find an answer to my problem, I guess this is a hardware issue. My return window in amazon is still open so I think I will just order a replacement. Can someone do a test by going to youtube while using 4g, mute the phone and see if you can hear something? Just wanna make sure is just my phone doing this

No problem. But have you tried rebooting, factory resetting yet? I'm no techie but it sounds like something is conflicting.

Yeah I did restart the phone and then did a factory reset and the issue was still there
