does anyone know how to bypass activation on a Droid X? I tried the touching four corners thing but am not sure if i'm doing it right because it's not working and was hoping for a better explanation on how to do it, specifically for a DX. thx
Touch the top left, top right, bottom right, bottom left sequentially and it should work. Whether it has to be that order or not is beyond me.. but it's always worked for me.

you're right... upon further reading, i realized you were suppose to try that on the activation screen. the first post i read said you have to try to boot with holding home key and the really confused me... just do a regular boot and wait for activation screen.
