Help cache cleaner

Does anyone use a cache cleaner? I've been using 1-click cleaner from the market. It can also erase browsing history and text messages etc... I was also wondering if it's bad to use one of these? I only use it to clear my caches though.

I always used Cache Cleaner NG on my Eris, because it could run on a schedule most of all. I'm not sure that a phone like the Bionic, with a lot of storage, really needs cache cleaning, but I always liked that app.
