Root Cache cleaning ...

I want to know which folders should I look in my SD card for temp files and cache for manual removal? I also don't fully understand Cachemate features!
 
The caches will be probably in /sdcard/Android folder on sdcard (if any, some apps can also use dirrerent folders, mostly named by application name). Normally the cache is stored in internal memory (/cache). It's easy to clean the caches in settings (Settings/Application/Manage applications, All applications and the select the app and clean chache). Cachemate can probably clear also protected caches and clear all chaches on 1 click (not sure, haven't tried it, because I don't need to clean the cache at all).
