Are there any free calendar apps or widgets that don't sync with google? I don't like the one on my optimus, you have to sync with google or you can't use it at all and i don't want to risk getting any data charges. thnx
I use stock calendar application without any sync with Google. When You create an event it allows to choose which calendar to use. I use one called "Phone".
On another hand I do not like Calendar widget as it takes too much place and provides information in difficult to read way. So I use "Smooth Calendar" from Android Market. It takes only one line and shows up to 3 pending events from any calendar one selects.
