Calendar Event Backup and Restore

Can you suggest an app which allow me to backup all of my calendar events on my Samsung S8 and then restore some of them (not all events) onto a phone?

google calendar is what i use, but i'm not sure if you can choose what events to restore. you might have to go one by one and delete your previous events.

yeah i'm not sure if there is an app that can selectively restore certain events.....but there might be. all the ones i have seen will sync and restore events from your phone or any other device...and you will have to delete the unwanted events one by one.

Selectively exporting or importing some calendars, yes: Business Calendar 2 offers that. Individual events within those calendars, not that I know.

To be honest that would be an awful thing to manage on a phone unless you have very few events in your calendar: for each calendar you imported it would have to present a list of all events, with sufficient detail that you can identify the ones you do/don't want, and then you'd have to scroll through pages and pages of them ticking or unticking boxes. If you only have a modest number of edits then doing them before exporting or after importing is probably simplest. If you have a lot of edits maybe consider editing a copy of the ical file (.ics, the format it's most likely to export to) with a text editor on a computer rather than trying to do things on a phone.
