I can get my calendar appointments from my Exchange server no problem (along with email and contacts). I can send emails from my phone and they show up as sent in my exchange folder.
However, I cannot make appointments on the phone and have them sync with the server.
I can make appointments with three possible calendars on the phone but a fourth type of calendar entry (exchange) is only available to edit. I cannot create a new type of exchange entry.
Apart from this I am really happy with the phone.
