Help Calendar Function and Pop E-mail -- Help Please

Folks,
I have an original Droid running 2.2.2 and in general it is a great phone. My primary mail server / calendar / Contacts is a MAPI Exchange 2007 back end running ActiveSync. I also run a couple of POP3 accounts as well. A couple of things would make it MUCH better.

1) Calendar

On my wifes Epic, there was a choice of "my Calender" and "Google Calender" when entering on the phone. My Calender was local and didn't sync. When the phone was on 2.1 it would always default to "my Calender" and she had to remember to choose Google in order to have that item sync. With the 2.2 update, it now defaults to Google. There is no such thing as "My Calender" on my HTC sense enabled Evo.

I don't use POP3 anymore, so I can't be of help there.

Does the Droid have this parameter.

That's more of a question of your email app than the device itself. If your stock email app doesn't offer the feature then try another email app.

Even better news ... once you select the corporate calendar for an event, the phone appears to remember that selection for future events. I tested it as far as rebooting my phone to see if returned to it's default or kept the last setting and YES ... it remembered correctly and set the meeting to the right system!!! YEA!!!!

NOW, anyone have thoughts on how to get it to pop an entire message?

Did anyone have any ideas on the POP mail question (how to bring down the entire message regardless of size on the initial POP)?
