Help Calendar sync issues-help needed

Recently I have had problems with entering things on my exchange calendar on my phone and having it not go back to the actual exchange calendar updated.

I tried uninstalling the business calendar app and re doing the exchange account on my phone but no luck. It also shows under the default calendars as well so it's not just that app.

The only thing I can think to do now is a hard reboot but really would like to avoid that as it's so timely to reload. Anybody have any other suggestions to try?

Ok so I decided to do the hard reset tonight, but now my phone number seems to not be linked to the phone. I try to update the profile and it says the profile update could not be completed. Error code 1012.

What does this mean and how do I fix it quickly?

Yes actually. Go into your accounts menu and click on exchange and where is says sync for last 2 weeks change it to all.
