I have a Verizon GN2
The stock calendar app downloads all of my Google calendar events just fine, but if I create a new event on the GN2 it doesn't upload it to my Google calendar.

I

Oh no. I didn't even test this, I hope someone knows a way, I use Google calendar for everything. Yikes.

When adding events you have to change it from My Calendar to your gmail calendar. After doing that I have had no issues.

When you are in the Calendar, go to Setting, you will see an option calls Calendar. In there it will show all the Calendars your phone is sync to. And when you create an event on your phone, it is default to My Calendar which is ONLY on your phone. You will need to manually select to your Gmail calendar every time your create an event on your phone. If you don't want to do that and you don't have anything on your phone that you do not want to share on Gmail Calendar, then you could just go to setting -> Calendar, and uncheck My Calendar. After that your newly created event should default to your gmail calendar.

Oh, just looked at my online calendar and they're right. It's showing because I'm not using the default calendar that came with the phone, but one of my several Google calendars instead.

Works like a charm!

Thank you for explaining that.

When I choose my google calendar it does sync up.
Unfortunately even with unchecking "My Calendar" it still shows up as a default when I go to enter a new event.

I'll give it a shot, but most likely will go back to using Jorte
