Me and my manager have an HTC desire HD, I use gmail for everything but my manager uses outlook 2010 to manage all his events. He's tried syncing with htc sync 3 on his laptop but this has put all his events on his phone one hour later than they should be. Also we have tried to clear the calendar data using settings>applications>calendar>clear data but its not deleting all the events

If someone could help me with this problem or recommend an app that will do this simple task properly than it would be most appreciated!
