Help Calendar Time Zone is wrong

Since the time change, my time zone in my calendar is wrong.

It says GMT-5:00 but it should be GMT-6:00.

But if I do that, it doesn't sync with my Outlook calendar properly because it pushes everything back an hour when it shouldn't.

If I set both my Outlook and my Phone to Central Standard Time (GMT-6:00) my outlook calendar will show an event starting at 3pm and my phone will show 4pm.

eta: but if I change my phone to be -5:00, when I make an event in my phone for 4pm it shows up in Outlook for 3pm!

Can you help?

Ok now that I've looked some more, it looks like my phone might be right (that my current time zone is GMT-5:00) due to Daylight savings, but google and outlook are both showing that Central time is GMT-6:00 and I can't get them to sync.

Any suggestions?

Put it back the way it was when it worked and try not to worry about the GMT offset.
