Help Calendar won't sync

Struggling with my Calendar. Used to work fine and sync with my active sync account. Then seemed to stop working. tried adding my hotmail and gmail accounts and selecting auto sync on and sync calendars but nothing from my phone gets synced to thes accounts when I access them from elsewhere eg pc or iPad. Same happens with contacts.

Any ideas?
