Help Calender App

So the Google calender on my phone, ever since the new year, has some sort of weird problem. After I entered in my classes for the new semester (which is an annoying thing: my old VX8300 could let you enter a new event from date A to date B, whereas this phone seems to almost infinitely add the event), I went to May to delete "this event and all further events" since my classes end. The events delete, then re-appear. Try it again. Same thing happens. I can't get the farking things to go away after a certain date. And honestly, not being able to specify a date for the repetition to end is annoying.

So can anyone recommend a better calender app that allows for weekly repeated events up to a certain date? Or maybe just a better calender app in general?

You might try going onto your Gmail Calender from a computer and setting the recurrence of these event. There you have more control over these options.

Yup. For repetitive events, you have to go on a computer to change the end repeat date. Why they didn't include this on the phone, I don't know.

Huh. Ok. You're right, that makes no sense. But the problem I have deleting events shouldn't be happening either. I guess I would just like to avoid the Google calender altogether, since I don't use it and never did before; I just want a phone calender.
