Caler ID read

I am coming from a LG ENV Touch. The feature I liked msot with that phone was that I coudl set my ringer to read the caller ID to me for phone calls and for text messages. DO I need an app to that on the TB? Does anyone have apps that are confirmed to work on the TB that do this?
 
I know you can set up a profile in Tasker to do that, not sure if there is a dedicated app for it or not. Wouldn't suprise me though.
