Root Calibrating at 99%

My phone takes forever to get to 100%, it always stays at 99, sometimes never gets to 100%. Is it still okay to calibrate at 99%? What is the mV amount that is 100%?

i find this to work like a macbook in which if your over a certain percentage like 90 it wont charge to 100%, whats been working for me is just unpluggin it and giving it a few minutesand plugging it back in, it usually charges to 100 after that

also had this problem on cm9 7.3. 7.4 fixed it
