My mother has this phone and had some problems with the new update ota that verizon pushed out but finally fixed it with tech support. However, she has a weird issue with the auto rotate feature. When she opens her email account it automatically changes to landscape mode even when she is looking at the phone in portrait. What would cause this and how can she fix it (it just started after update)? also, I read that there is no calibration tool.
