Call and notification sync

Anyone know how you can sync the call volume and the notification volume? When I use the volume rocker it only changes the call volume. Tried quick settings and a couple other volume apps and they will sync when I use the app but not when I use the volume rocker.

Settings/ Sound.....tap each one and make whatever changes you want to make.

Not seeing what you mean...running Jelly Bean's build 2. I can adjust individually but not at the same time when I use the volume rocker. Tap where? I tried taping and nothing happens. Can only adjust the volume in settings, no other options.
