Help Call and wireless settings

Newbie
Another noob question.....i didn't recieve any texts for some reason yesterday....aftee updating the phone i was hit with all the ones i hadn't recieved. I don't know why. I had google chatted earlier yesterday but haven't done anything else. Any ideas as to work why. I looked at the wireless seettings it was on any domestic (i think)but i usually have it set on automatic. Is there was a way to keep it set on automatic. ?

Sometimes after updates, settings may get automatically changed. Check your 'Battery & data manager' settings (under 'Settings') and make sure you have 'Background data' and 'Data enabled' under 'Data delivery' checked. While there, make sure the data saver box isn't checked under the 'Data saver' area.

Hopefully, those settings will resolve your issues.

all that you've asked me to do is done.......thanx so much for the help, hopefully this'll work. what was kinda funny is that i didn't have any trouble until i'd used google chat....oh well :D

did you have WIFI on? and did you leave the wifi range? This is the issue I get all the frign time. no txt no calls because I have wifi on and attached then leave the wifi range about 30min later my phone's voice/3G will lock up. it is so frign irritating because I am out of communication and have no idea.
