Android Version: 2.3.3

Taskiller Used?: No
[Optional]Are You rooted & which Rom: Yes, Oxygen 2.0.3
Issue: Is it possible Android is blocking call backs, I have a sim card for traveling in Europe and it works through call backs, you dial the number like *146*0115551234# and then should receive a call with the call, however this is not working in Android, I just get a message saying the number is busy (even if it is not).
Thanks!
