Help Call Blocker

Dear Fellow Users,

Am looking for a Call Blocker which can actually hear the blocked caller a busy tone instead of hanging up the calls. I think hanging up is more rude and silent doesn't prove anything.

Kindly update me if any such call blocker is available for HTC Wildfire S which can show the user as busy. I used advanced call manager but it failed to work, though it works perfect in Nokia 6600.

Thank you for the update. I believe this doesn't have engaged tone.. Am looking for a blocker which gives engaged tone to the caller.
