How do you block unwanted callers on a moto g

Go to phone app>>>call settings>>>call reject/rejection>>>enable auto reject mode.
This will give you an option to modify auto reject list.
And selecting unknown will block phone calls from all unknown numbers.
You can create your own block list too.

I don't have this setting on my Verizon Moto G (or GSM Nexus 5)

Nor is it on my Boost G. I've been using Mr Number which does a good job... except it used to block texts of blocked numbers but that no longer works.
