Call drops automatically

I had to wipe out my device and since then have noticed that sometimes my call would drop automatically. The person I was talking to told me that it happened at 2:45 into the call (twice), as if set by timer.

Does anyone know how to address this problem? It doesn't seem to happen all the time. Thank you.

You aren't giving us a lot of info. What phone do you have? Provider? Did you talk to customer service? If so, what did they say? If not, then why the heck not?
