Help call issues

Hi
Ive been having issues with making calls. I dial a number from my phonebook and it just does nothing...well keeps dialling but no sound or it connects straight away with no ringing and then i cant hear anything so have to try again. Its seems to happen with most numbers. Ive done a hard reset and normal reset...had a new simcard and its still doing it im wanting to kno if its a normal thing with the update or not as im goin to have to reset it for the 4th time but want some advice before i do.

For me it was an issue with the 4.4.2 update. I went thru 6 phone's before my carrier finally offered a solution.

What was the solution? As i have sent it to samsung 3 times and it still as the problem.

Ah right well i bought the phone out right so im stuck. I was hoping someone would have another outcome from the same experience x

I know my carrier just released a 4.4.4 update...... Try going into your phone and check for an update.

I have checked at theyve not. Are you in the UK?
really wish i knew what it was.

I doubt we will get that for a while im in the uk. We are always behind x
