Just was wondering is there a way to format this phone or wipe it out i guess u could call it just in case i need too?

I've heard if you remove and reinsert the battery and hold down on volume, then press the power key it will prompt for factory reset. Do a little more research if you choose this route as I don't know the options you'd want to choose.

This is what I did...

Go into settings > Privacy and reset your phone to factory default.

Next, to clear the internal memory,

go into settings > SD card and phone storage > unmount internal sd card > format internal sd card

All done, reboot phone.

Hi i tried in same way but some of folder in internal sd card was not removed / deleted from card. Any body know how to clear those folder.

I can't remeber the exact names, but this is where you go to wipe the internal memory.

Menu --> settings --> SDcard & Phone storage --> Unmount Internal Storage --> Format Internal Storage

This will competly wipe and reload the internal storage

That folder /sdcard/Android is a data folder for programs running on your sdcard. If I remember correctly com.cooliris.media is the data for the gallary app; since the gallery stores its data on the internal sdcard, even if you delete it, it will come back. To make it empty; REMOVE your external sdcard and (do not put on in); reformat the internal card, factory reset the phone and then do an internal reformat again. As long as you do not put any pictures, that folder should stay empty. Because it is the gallery, if you delete it, it will just come back and fill up again.

It is an android web browser thing. Use the app Skyfire if you need to download anything. Works great
