Hey.. I have Videocon Krypton 3 V50JG , an Android 6.0 smartphone. I am facing an issue where, when i dial any number from my contact list using my SIM 1 Slot (Carrier- Reliance JIO, India), then instead of the name saved in the contact app, "Unknown" is written in the log with no number details in it.
This is not the case when i call from SIM Slot 2 (Carrier- AIRTEL, India) .
Also only those names which are stored in SIM 1's memory are not shown as unknown, but as the SIM cards dont have much memory, it can only store upto 100 contacts max. Whereas i have 600 contacts in my gmail account.
PLEASE PLEASE Anyone resolve this.. its really a mind-numbing thing..
