call+mobileinternet+sms-error

I flashed my phone with this instructions and rooted.
It also ran 3 or 4 weeks stable since yesterday but unfortunately I have the problem that I cant write sms ,and cant call, and cant go into the mobile internet ...
So when I write someone a sms I will get the message: "Send in progress" and then comes a small message with the text: "sms can not be sent at the time. service is not available.".
when I'm trying to call someone he does not build up a connection once, because once I get the error message. "non-registered on the network" - -
With the Internet comes the sign in the status bar is not easy ...
and if I go up my cell phone under the S2 Galaxy logo is a yellow triangle with an exclamation mark in it.

There's something with the SIM card? (Did not the SIM card and flash away when rooten ..)
I hope someone can help soon ..

Right to test if you rooted with CF Root.

Turn your phone off.
Press volume up + home button + power button at same time and keep the pressed. (The Samsung boot logo will appear twice).

Do you get to CWM recovery utility?

when i do this i'll get into the cwm-based reboot recovery..

Link to Wanamlite above - I would try that.

Note. If you have an older version of CWM, you may need to flash reboot. And then go back to CWM and flash again. (the first flash would only write the new version of CWM).

Oh, don't forget to charge the battery!

Okay, I try again.

Download Wanamlite (custom ROM based on LPH)
Put zip file onto external SD card
Charge phone
Put phone into CWM recovery
Backup phone in CWM
Wipe data, cache. Then in advanced, wipe dalvik cache
Install Zip file from SD card (do this twice!)
Reboot.

Hope that solves your problem.
If it not work, you restore the backup made in CWM (wipe all again first).

Better to understand?

You would normally need a kernel that can over clock, then SetCPU or similar to set the frequency. I used to do this but to be honest, don"t bother anymore.

I am pretty sure that you cannot over clock the ICS roms at the moment, other than maybe CyanogenMod9, which may be still buggy and not greatly stable.

i have done a little bit ther things last time and they do not really work -.-
and so i'll do exactly this what you said to me^^
but means "Flash my rom from Recovery"
how ? without pc ? with phone odin ? /???
