Help call problems with microphone

I have been having a lot of problems with people not being able to hear me unless I speak ridiculously loud . What gives? Am I the only one? Any suggestions. It doesn't happen all the time but quite frequently and not with my previous phone.

It must be the mic problem... I think you got to change it....
