Help Call quality muffled

This just happened today.first my friend said it was hard to hear me. I tested it out and now its even worse I now hear a muffled when I'm on thee phone thinking of just returning thee phone for gps problems and now this. Toss oas my second week with the phone so I can still return it and now I'm experiencing some problems while typing this through my phone. anyone else having this call quality problem?

Also I have the brightness setting all the way down but it randomly goes back to auto adjust and my notification tone is set all the way up and it randomly goes down to low
