Help Call Reception not very good!

My New Charge is having some spotty reception at my house. I'm kind of bummed out about it. Please tell me that there is some setting somewhere that will improve it?? I did update the towers. I appreciate any answers.

I had to fork over the $250 to get the Network Extender, but I'm extremely pleased with it. We have 3 different Verizon phones, all had between 0 and 1 bars before, now they are all at 5 bars through most of the house.

Does that work with 4G....or is it only 3G?

3G only, but you should have your own wifi within that range anyway

I may think about that. As it is, we live in a difficult area what with forest and bogs. Verizon has the best service here. I don't live in 4G area but if I go to the Dells or Madison or Milwaukee or Minn. I can pick it up. lol.I got the Charge for it's large brilliant screen that is easier to read and txt on. Thankyou for the info I appreciate it.
