Help call waiting?

Just realized i dont have call waiting feature.
I found where the setting is but its greyed out so i cant check it.

Do i need to call att and change some setting?

I thought Call Waiting was a function of your contract with AT&T. I'd call them about it.

not good. have you tried turning off, then on your phone, when NOT charging, to do a soft reboot?

an old pc rule is when in doubt, turn off.

let us know if that worked. otherwise, at&t can do a push update OTA for you to fix it. just make sure to get into the technical department..

let us know what fixes it.
