When I got offered a droid 2 I wasn't demanding. The guy just offered it to me safter seeing I had like 8 refurbs. He was just like "wow, let's get you into a different device buddy!". It really depends on who you talk to.

I think im just stuck with an Eris because i dont think ive had enough refurbs yet to get a free device upgrade

i only had 2 refurbs, totaling 3 eris' and got the free droid inc. depends on who you talk to and how demanding and how polite you are.

just talked to an awesome CS rep and he bumped me up to a supervisor who told me since ive only had 1 replacement that there isnt much we can do, so they are sending me another Eris.

Sorry you are having trouble The good news is that with the replacement Eris more than likely could possibly have something wrong with it and that's one closer!!

I'm pretty sure there was about a month window or so btwn each of my phones. Good luck!!

On a I'm not rubbing it in note though I really like the Droid 2 though!! A couple things will take me some getting used to...like the lock screen, txt messages are in a bubble and looks strange, and emails are lumped in one messaging box and i can't see how many messages I have until I go into it. I liked having it on my home screen on the Eris. Takes some getting used to it I'm sure!!!

Maybe theyll offer me a droid 2, that would be awesome.
