Help Caller can't hear me...

So my Dinc came today. I activated it and was ready to go. My husband called me and I could hear him but he couldn't hear me. Any ideas??

The same thing has happened to me a couple of times. Try *228 - that fixed it for me. I think the phone needs to reset the network or something. Hope that helps.
