Help Caller I'd and ringtone

I just picked up my phone yesterday. I have certain contacts with picture and custom ringtone, but when the call comes in it doesn't use the custom setting, it uses the default settings.

I might be missing it somewhere to make it use my custom settings but I can't seem to find it. Any ideas?
